The joint venture partnership is structured to leverage Dimah capital with real estate opportunity flow and the possibility to partnership with LEI across the 52 states in North America.

Hosam Al-Muzaiel, Charmain of the board at Dimah capital emphasized that the joint venture as part of Dimah real estate investment expansion to North American. Hosam went on saying that we will utilize our partners experience to enhance and sustain our real estate investment quality, diversification, investment risks and provide Dimah with an unlimited supply of market information and knowledge. The joint venture is also structure to complement our existing portfolio and expansion strategy, which shall entail with its value on Dimah overall portfolio performance and subsequently adding value to our shareholders capital.

Hosam also added that Dimah is currently in the process of finalizing a second joint venture in the US within the hospitality sector and looking at further joint ventures in Europe and specifically in the UK to embrace our existing portfolio and real estate expansion internationally.
