A bedoon (stateless) man got his Kuwaiti friend in trouble when he made him a partner in dealing with drugs, as both were arrested with shabu (methamphetamine), hashish joints, drug paraphernalia and a sword. The bedoon is wanted on a drugs case, while the citizen's record was clean.
