KUWAIT: KFSD yesterday closed down four warehouses in Jabriya and Hawalli for violating KFSD standard safety regulations and condition, said security sources noting that the four warehouses had been previously warned and given chance to remove the violations.

Security sources said that the suspect was arrested while driving a luxurious vehicle that had been reported stolen.

Liquor traders nabbed

Farwaniya detectives recently arrested three Sri Lankans (a man and two women) with 6 home-made liquor bottles, one imported liquor bottle and six packs of marijuana, said security sources. In another development, two Asians were recently arrested in Hawalli. Plastic bags filled with home-made liquor were found in their possession.

Fighting with swords

Two citizens were recently arrested in Abdullah Al-Mubarak area for fighting and using knives and swords to settle some old scores, said security sources.
