403 liquor bottles found in Salwa brewery

KUWAIT: Hawally police busted an underground liquor brewery in Salwa and arrested a Nepalese national that ran the place. A total of 403 bottles of homebrewed liquor and 97 filled drums were found inside the place. The suspect was taken to the relevant authorities for legal action.

Illegal camps removed

As part of Kuwait Municipality's ongoing campaign to protect the environment and wildlife, Farwaniya municipality inspection teams inspected camps in Sulaibiya to remove violations, said the team leader Ahmed Al-Sheriekah, noting that eight illegal camps were removed.
