KUWAIT: The traffic light at the Fourth Ring Road next to Al-Regaie will be put out of service as of today morning, the Interior Ministry's Traffic General Department announced yesterday. It called upon motorists to take caution while driving along the highway opposite to Al-Regaie.

Fires

Firefighters from three different fire stations battled a blaze reported in a third-floor apartment. Firemen evacuated 60 residents from the building before they extinguished the fire. One resident suffered smoke inhalation and was taken to hospital. Meanwhile, firefighters put out a blaze reported in a five-story building, and no injuries were reported.
