KUWAIT: The Manpower Public Authority referred 76 fake companies to the public prosecution since the beginning of 2016, Inspections Director Sultan Hassan said, adding that 789 workers are registered on those companies’ files. An officer won a court order forcing the Interior Ministry to enroll him in the Police Academy as a third year student. The man was rejected after he first applied to enroll in the academy in 2014. He won a court order the following year, and then a second order last year when the Interior Ministry failed to follow the court’s first order.
