This information was announced during the press conference held yesterday at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was attended by the Qadsiya and Kuwait SC captain and coach along with other sports officials. Kuwait SC coach Lauren Bennett said that they are happy to have Firas Al-Khateeb playing with them. “We hope that the Qadsiya’s coach gets well soon. Our team has been training hard for over two months for this match. We hope to win this match, and we are glad that our team is completing in this celebrated competition. I believe that both teams have an equal chance to win this match,” he noted during the press conference. As the Qadsiya SC coach is sick, Gerry Minko, the goalkeepers’ coach replaced him during this conference. He stressed that both teams know each other’s abilities and preparations.

“We hope to overcome any obstacles including the absence of professional players, the injuries, and the financial crisis. I’m glad that we don’t have any problem with goalkeepers, and the three of them are ready. And of course I hope we win the match,” he pointed out
