KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah have separately received His Highness Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah at Seif Palace yesterday.

In other news, His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent yesterday a cable of congratulations to Luis Alberto Arce on the occasion of his election as President of Bolivia, and a similar cable to Wavel Ramkalawan on the occasion of his election as President of the Seychelles.
