KUWAIT: An Amiri decree was issued yesterday evening to carry out a limited Cabinet reshuffle, said Tareq Al-Mezrim, head of the Center for Government Communication. Under the decree, Barrak Ali Barrak Al-Shitan was appointed as Minister of Finance and Mohammad Hajji Bushehri as Minister of Electricity and Water. Khaled Mohammad Ali Al-Fadhel was named as Minister of Oil and Maryam Aqeel Hashem Al-Aqeel as Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs, said Mezrim, who is also the government's spokesman. - KUNA
