KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Seif Palace yesterday a number of private schools' owners, including Mohammad Al-Saddah, Noura Al-Ghanim, Dr  Hanan Al-Mutawa and Mohammad Abdulrahman Al-Shuaibi.

Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir received Chairman of the Central Tenders Committee (CTC) Abdullah Saud Al-Abdulrazzaq. His Highness the Amir also received Chairman of the Board of the Kuwait Telecom Company (VIVA) Dr Mahmoud Ahmad Abdulraman and a number of senior executives. The meetings were attended by Amiri Diwan Advisor Mohammad Daifallah Sharar.

Furthermore, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received CTC Chairman Abdulrazzaq, as well as VIVA and Saudi Telecom Company (STC) officials. The meetings were attended by head of Protocols at His Highness the Crown Prince Diwan Sheikh Mubarak Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah.

Also yesterday, His Highness the Crown Prince separately received a number of scholars who presented their PhD thesis. During the reception, Dr Tahani Al-Saeed, presented her thesis on the impact of e-training programs on developing the skills of social services researchers in schools.

Meanwhile, Dr Majid Al-Azmi presented his thesis on an Islamic study on monetary contracts in the Egyptian-Kuwaiti civil law and Dr Majid Al-Anezi presented his thesis on Islamic law. Moreover, Dr Faisal Al-Mekrad presented a thesis on administrative contracts and Dr Ali Al-Mutairi's thesis was on the quality of medical care provided to type 2 diabetes patients. - KUNA
