KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah met yesterday at Bayan Palace Minister of State for Housing Affairs and Minister of State for Service Affairs Dr Jenan Ramadan Boushehri, who introduced the newly assigned Undersecretary of Ministry of Communications Kholoud Al-Shehab.
Minister Boushehri also introduced the new undersecretary to His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah yesterday.
Meanwhile, His Highness the Amir met Municipal Council Chairman Osama Al-Otaibi and Deputy Chairman Abdullah Al-Mehry, who presented His Highness with a special edition book of Kuwait’s Municipal history since 1932.
His Highness the Amir also met with Qatar’s Ambassador to Kuwait Bandar Al-Attiya, who handed His Highness the Amir a written letter from Qatari Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, inviting him to the opening of the new building of Qatar Museum in Doha next March. The meetings were attended by Minister of Amiri Diwan affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah. – KUNA
