Bader Al-Kharafi reaffirms Zain’s values, names region’s first CPO

KUWAIT: Zain Vice Chairman and Group CEO Bader Al-Kharafi, while addressing employees, announced yet another first in the region — the appointment of a Chief Purpose Officer (CPO), a new position created for the fusion of the company’s purpose and mission within all elements of its operation, reaffirming Zain’s values and commitments to improve the communities it operates in. The announcement came during celebration of its diversity and inclusion achievements along with the launch of its new Diversity University. “A collective purpose towards a goal beyond ourselves elevates our aspirations,” Bader Al-Kharafi said.
