KUWAIT: The manpower authority’s spokesperson and PR Manager Aseel Al-Mezyad announced that administrative decision number 1280/2017 pertaining banning the issue of work permits to expat graduates younger than 30 in the private and oil sectors will be effective from Jan 1, 2018.
