Bootleggers arrested in Hawally

KUWAIT: Police found 12 drums filled with liquor as well as 51 bottles read for sale during a raid in Hawally, the Interior Ministry's Relations and Security Information Department said yesterday. Police had chased a man who escaped on foot after they stopped him at a street in the area. The Indian man was eventually caught inside a house along with two others. The contrabands where found inside after the place was searched. The suspects confessed that the alcoholic drinks were homebrewed and prepared for sale.
