KUWAIT: Kuwait Municipality issued a clarification for private sector closures as follows:

The following stores and locations shall be closed:

1. Malls.
2. Barber shops and beauty salons.
3. Health clubs, gyms and swimming pools.
4. Entertainment halls and children's games.
5. Friday market and Souq Al-Mubarakiya.

The following are exempted from closing:

1. Administrative offices in upper floors of malls.
2. All types of stores with an entrance facing the street or yards while all doors that are not overlooking the street should be locked.
3. All food stores and supermarkets inside malls provided that special entrances are designated for them.
4. Shopping centers of all types belonging to co-operative societies.

Restaurants and cafes may not:

1. Serve food inside the place and limit service to take-out and delivery orders only.
2. The number of customers should not exceed five at a time and there must be a one meter distance between them in a line.
3. Shisha is strictly banned.
