KUWAIT: First Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled Al-Sabah chaired a meeting for a committee set up by the government to address the demographic imbalance problem in Kuwait on Thursday. Following the meeting, the committee issued decisions that include requiring co-op societies to Kuwaitize all management and supervision jobs, as well as increasing the percentage of Kuwaiti employees in co-ops.

This should help create 3,000 jobs or Kuwaitis in co-op societies. Furthermore, the committee gave orders to the Public Authority for Manpower to coordinate with the public sector to prepare a program featuring training courses to qualify Kuwaiti jobseekers to work in the private companies.
