KUWAIT: Criminal detectives are investigating a fire in which an Indian was killed and her husband was taken to Babtain Burns Center in critical condition. Police, fire and paramedics responded to a call and the fire was put out, but the woman succumbed to her injuries. Police have suspicions about the possibility of foul play as there was a smell of kerosene in the flat.

Soldier hits police patrol
