Crown Prince to take over some Amiri responsibilities

KUWAIT: Minister of Amiri Diwan Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah has announced Saturday evening that an Amiri decree has been issued for the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to exercise some of the prerogatives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed AlJaber AlSabah temporarily, reports KUNA. The Amir was admitted to hospital earlier in the day for tests according to the state-run news agency.
