CSC announced Eid holidays

KUWAIT: The Civil Service Commission yesterday announced that if the month of Thulqida is of 30 days, Sunday, Aug 11, 2019 will the Arafat Day holiday, and the Eid Al-Adha holidays will be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (Aug 12, 13, 14 and 15), as Thursday lies between two holidays. Sunday, Aug 18 will be the start of official work. If Thulqida is of 29 days, Saturday Aug 10 will be the Arafat Day holiday, and the Eid Al-Adha holidays will be on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday (Aug 11, 12 and 13), and Wednesday, Aug 14 will be the start of official work. As for authorities and entities of a special nature, their holidays will be decided by those responsible for their affairs, taking public interest into consideration.
