KUWAIT: Customs officers seized 33 kilograms of drugs that arrived in a shipment from China on Sunday. A customs inspector had grown suspicious of three packages that arrived on a cargo plane via express mail, then obtained permission to inspect them, and discovered that they’ve contained 11 kilograms of drugs each. Police were called to locate and arrest the person who imported the shipment for questioning. In a separate case, police arrested three persons who were out during partial curfew hours, as they found drugs in their possession.
