Lawyer Khalil Al-Qattan
KUWAIT: Lawyers Khalil Al-Qattan and Mohammad Al-Qattan recently won a case before the court of appeal which acquitted their client Ali Sadeq, who had been sentenced by the court of first instance to ten years in prison in a drug trafficking case in which defendant Adel Al-Musallam is the prime suspect. The lawyer argued that the search warrant did not include their client’s name, that he had not been arrested red-handed and that his arrest procedures were void.
