KUWAIT: His
Highness the Deputy Amir and Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber
Al-Sabah received at Seif Palace yesterday His Highness Sheikh Nasser
Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. His Highness Sheikh Nawaf then received the
Acting President of the State Audit Bureau Adel Al-Saraawi and the team
assigned by the Bureau to review and audit state accounts and budgets. They
presented to His Highness a copy of the annual report for the state final
accounts and budgets of the fiscal year 2018/2019.

His Highness
praised the positive and distinguished role of the Bureau in preserving public
funds and improving the efficiency and performance of government agencies to
better serve the state's economy, wishing them success. The state team of
auditors also presented a copy of the report to His Highness the Prime Minister
Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah later yesterday. Meanwhile, His
Highness the Prime Minister received Abdulrahman Nimesh Al-Nimesh, the head of
the Public Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazahah), who presented His Highness with
the annual report about Nazaha's works.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of
congratulations on Monday to the newly-elected President of Tunisia Kais Saied.
His Highness the Amir wished success to the new Tunisian leader, lauding the
deep-rooted ties between Kuwait and Tunisia. His Highness the Amir also wished
well-being and good health to the president. His Highness the Deputy Amir and
the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and His Highness the
Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables to
President Saied on the same occasion. - KUNA
