Limited partnership

The single-window department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has started trials to establish limited partnership companies and include them in its system in a few days, said informed sources. They noted that the one-window services aim at including the service of establishing such companies before the end of the year to be the fourth kind included along with the single-person, WLL (limited liability) and joint venture companies. The sources noted that the department also aims at regulating the work of non-profit companies in collaboration with the anti-money laundering and terrorism funding department that is directly handled by the minister himself, as well as the charity department at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, which signed a memo of understanding.
