KUWAIT: The Kuwait Dive Team of the Environmental Voluntary Foundation (EVF), has lifted four abandoned vessels and various waste items littering Al-Shemlan harbor, one of the old docks dotting the national shores.

The divers floated two sunken boats and two iron floating vessels, team leader Walid A-Fadhel said, adding that due to the abandoned items' heavy weight, a crane and a truck were brought in. He urged fishermen to abstain from dumping waste into the docking site. - KUNA
