KUWAIT: Players (of both genders) from Defense and Interior ministries, National Guard and Fire Force will participate for the first time (in Kuwait and Gulf) in the Duathlon – an athletic event consisting of a running leg – followed by a cycling leg and ends with another running leg race to be held on January 20th in Araifjan area.
Chairman of Kuwait Triathlon Club Rashid Al-Kandari said the first participation of the uniformed athletes in the third Duathlon race will enrich this type of sport and will create a large competition among the 500 participants, adding that there will be Gulf and disabled participants.
