KUWAIT: Jahra detectives arrested two people responsible for 19 theft cases as well as possession of drugs and ammunition. Police were first notified about a vehicle that carried no license plates parked in a suspicious manner in an open yard. They discovered that the vehicle was reported stolen, and monitored it for four hours until two people came driving a different car - which police also found out was reported stolen. One of the suspects got into the parked vehicle, then police started chasing them.

One of the suspect was arrested when his car stopped after hitting a post, while the other was located and detained in Sulaibiya. Police searched the two vehicles and found a large number of stolen civil IDs and bank cards. They also found 10 cardboard boxes of shotgun ammo, 14 nine millimeter bullets, as well as 16 bags of shabu and other drugs, in addition to cash in different currencies. The suspects were identified as 21-year-oold Khaled Saafaq, Kuwaiti, and 25-year-old Surour Mohammad, Kuwaiti. They were sent to the proper authorities for further action.
