KUWAIT: An Egyptian lady was recently detained for withholding information about her husband’s whereabouts, said security sources. Case papers indicate that the husband quarreled with a Pakistani over traffic issues and then drove away. The Pakistani reported the matter to the police and gave them his license plate number which happened to be that of the suspect’s wife car. On summoning her to the station, she claimed that her husband assaulted the man when he made a bad sign to her. However, the woman denied knowing where her husband was and was accordingly detained.
