Since this morning (07:12 am), Al Hamra Business Tower and Shopping Center is facing an electricity blackout, effecting all businesses located at the Tower and Shopping Center. The power shortage is due to a technical malfunction in the power supply station, managed by the Ministry of Electricity and Water.
