EU adds two ministers to its new sanctions list on Iran

Brussels: The European Union Monday added 32 individuals and 2 entities in Iran to its news sanctions list.

According to the list published by the EU's Official Journal today, the black list includes Mohammad Mehdi Esmaeili Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance and Nouri Yousef Iran's minister of education.

The list also includes a number of officials from the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security, as well as MPs, prosecutors and prison officials.

The two entities included are Law Enforcement Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran Foundation and Police Science and Social Studies Institute.
