Ammunition's seized

KUWAIT: Weapons detectives have arrested an ex-convict citizen, who is wanted for another three-year jail sentence. Firearms, machine gun, 14 magazines and large quantity of ammunitions were found in his possession. The suspect has been sent to concerned authorities.

Woman stabs police

A police corporal narrowly escaped death after a mentally-disturbed woman in her 30s stabbed him between the shoulder and heart while attempting to escape from a psychiatric hospital where she was receiving treatment. The woman also stabbed herself in the abdomen and attacked paramedics who were treating her.

Woman commits suicide

A young woman's committed suicide by falling from a high floor in Abu Halaifa yesterday morning. The girl was found dead with severe injuries. Investigations are underway to determine the reasons behind her death.
