KUWAIT: Interior Ministry Assistant Undersecretary for Traffic Affairs Major General Adballah Al-Muhanna said that starting Sunday (and for one month), the traffic department will open all locked traffic violations - except for violations of driving without a license for non-Kuwaitis, high speed and 2016 violations. He said violators can pay their fines via Interior Ministry's website, or traffic departments, in addition to service centers in the governorates.

Other accidents in Kuwait this week

A car accident took place on Sixth Ring Road near Saad Al-Abdallah area. A 30 year old Kuwaiti suffered a shoulder injury. Another car accident took place on Kabd road injuring a 22 year old Kuwaiti in the head. In another vehicle accident, a  48 year old Indian complained of pain in the chest and leg, as his car flipped over on King Faisal road. A car accident on King Fahad Road resulted in a 50 year old Egyptian sustaining head and pelvis injuries.

Accidental falls

A 19 year old bedoon suffered a compound fracture in his left leg after falling from a high place in industrial Ardhiya. An Egyptian sustained a right thigh injury after falling in Jabriya. He is 56 years old. A 58 year old Indian sustained a wound in the head, pain in the back and bruised legs following a fall in Jaber Al-Ahmad city. A 30 year old Thai died of injuries he sustained from a fall. He had fractured skull and severe bleeding. A 30 year old Indian sustained a deep wound in the head after falling in Wafra farms.
