KUWAIT: President of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federations said the KSSF is working hard on paying attention to youth and junior shooters, and have plans and strategies that aim at creating an aware generation out of those youth and juniors of both genders.

Eng Duaij who was speaking during the closing ceremony of the First Summer Shooting Tournament that was held under the patronage of the Public Authority for Sports, which was held at Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex. He said this group of shooters will represent their country, Kuwait, in the future at the international arenas.

He added that Kuwait Shooting achievement have been achieved with the support of the political leadership headed by HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Information Minister, State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al- Humoud Al-Sabah and Director General of PAS Sheikh Ahmad Al-Mansour Al-Sabah. Results of the tournament are as follows:

* 50m prone rifle: Abdallah Awadh Al-Harby, won gold followed Torky Al-Shimmari and Khalid Ibrahim.

* In 50m Pistol men: Hamad Abdallah Al- Namshan, followed by Saad Al-Ajmi and Hassan Al-Mulla.

* In 10m Air Rifle Juniors men: Suleiman Al- Asousi, followed by Saud Al-Subaie and Eid Milfi.

* In 10m Air Pistol men: Jassim Al-Tamimi, Nasser Al-Thafiri and Abdelaziz Al-Sagheer.

* 10m Air Rifle women Juniors: Heba Enouqi, Reem Al-Baghli, Shurooq Al-Duwaisan.

* 10m Air Rifle women, Shooting School: Nouf Al-Mutairi, Jameela Al-Mutairi, Fajer Al-Dhabaib.

* Olympic Archery - Juniors - Men: Mohammad Al-Hadher, Shahen Yousuf Keet and Zaid Al- Saeed.
