Kuwait: Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received on Tuesday credentials of the newly appointed Russian Ambassador to Kuwait, Vladimir Ziltov. Sheikh Salem expressed best wishes and success to the new ambassador and thrive to bilateral relations between the two countries
