KUWAIT: Rescue men freed four injured people who were trapped in two vehicles following a traffic accident near Shuaiba on Fahaheel Expressway. The injured were taken by paramedics to the hospital, Kuwait Fire Force said in a statement. An investigation was opened to reveal the circumstances behind the accident.

Meanwhile, firemen put out a blaze in a Salmiya building which left no injuries, Kuwait Fire Force said. Salmiya and Bidaa fire stations' men rushed to the scene in response to an emergency call, as they first evacuated the building before they extinguished the flames. An investigation was opened to reveal the cause of the fire, KFF added.
