KUWAIT: As part of its continuous efforts to empower local youth, and in order to consolidate its role as the most preferred employer in the Kuwaiti financial sector, Gulf Bank participated in the "kTech" Career Fair, which was organized by Kuwait Technical College (KTech), under the slogan "With You Throughout" from March 15-16. As part of their participation in the career fair, Gulf Bank representatives shed light on the nature of the workplace at the Bank and provided a detailed explanation of the work mechanisms and job opportunities available for recent graduates. In addition, Gulf Bank representatives also conducted personal interviews for the applicants.

Gulf Bank's pavilion at the career fair attracted a large number of male and female students who were interested in getting more information about Gulf Bank's various departments and work culture, encouraged by the positive reputation that Gulf Bank boasts as one of the most prominent employers of young talent in the local financial sector.

In keeping with its continuous support for sustainability programs, Gulf Bank also took advantage of an opportunity to educate young people about the importance of environmental awareness. During the course of the career fair, Gulf Bank interviewed applicants through a paper-free, digital application at its pavilion, which was designed entirely out of recycled materials. In addition, the Bank distributed goodie bags filled with plantable papers to its visitors.
