KUWAIT: The body of an infant was found by a citizen, who reported it to police in Wafra. He said that while he was on a picnic with his family, he noticed a strange object, and when he approached it, he found it was a dead baby, whose body seemed to have been torn apart by dogs. The Ahmadi prosecutor is dealing with the case as a homicide.
