NOTTINGHAM: India were 124 for two in their second innings, a lead of 292 runs, at stumps on the second day of the third Test against England at Trent Bridge yesterday. Cheteshwar Pujara was 33 not out and Virat Kohli, the India captain, eight not out.
Earlier, England were dismissed for 161 in reply to India's first innings 329. India all-rounder Hardik Pandya took five for 28 in six overs, his maiden five-wicket haul in Tests, while debutant wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant held five catches. England lead this five-match series 2-0. - AFP
