KUWAIT: In an effort to elevate the banking experience it offers to its more affluent customer segment, Burgan Bank announced the launch of Elite Banking, a new banking segment for distinguished customers with an array of the finest services that unlock a world of luxury. The Bank also revamped its existing Premier Banking to better serve another segment of customers. The new and revamped segments are being introduced in response to the market needs and the customers’ varied aspirations, with the prime objective of upholding the highest levels of customer satisfaction across all market segments.
Available to high-income customers, Elite Banking comes with a suite of exclusive benefits including a dedicated Personal Banking Executive, priority teller service at all branches, as well as priority service through the call center. Furthermore, Elite customers receive the newly designed, sleek VISA Signature debit and credit cards, which reflects the elevated status of the service that comes with it.
In regards to credit cards, Burgan Bank is proud to announce that Elite Banking customers can get a VISA Signature credit card free for life. They can also apply for the Family Banking feature that offers a completely new banking experience for customers’ spouses. Adding to the suite of exclusive benefits, the new segment also comes packed with numerous other services that promise an added layer of luxury to their everyday lives.
