KUWAIT: Director of the Relations and Security Information Department at the Interior Ministry Brig Adel Al-Hashash said the airport is the country’s ‘face’ and the Interior Ministry is keen on making sure workers there are highly informed and experienced, besides following up and holding those who are not performing well to account, because this has to do with the country’s reputation.

Commenting on statements of MP Yousuf Al- Zalzalah about the poor performance of counter employees at the airport, he said “we welcome all comments and complaints, and we deal with them instantly in a way that guarantees overcoming them.”

He added bad behavior of one or two employees cannot harm the efforts of hundreds of employees there who are serving the country honorably. — Al-Rai
