KUWAIT: Under the auspices of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwait's 5th International Arabian Horse Festival kicked off Friday night at the Arabian Horse Center in Bait Al-Arab. His Highness the Amir deputized Deputy Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs Sheikh Ali Jarrah Al-Sabah to attend the festival.

Upon arrival, Sheikh Ali was received by Assistant Undersecretary for Arabian Horse Affairs Sheikha Sarah Fahad Al-Sabah and members of the committee.

The festival kicked off with the national anthem, followed by a demonstration of the participating horses in the festival. Awards were presented at the end of the festival for the winners by representative of His Highness the Amir. - KUNA
