KUWAIT: Kazma Sports Club cruise into semi finals of HH the Amir cup after defeating Qadisiya 7-6 in penalty shootout after extra time periods ended in a 2-2 draw during the match that was held on Tuesday night. Kazima opened the score when Shibeeb Al-Khladi sent the ball to the back of the net in the 33rd-minute then Qadisiys equalized in the 40th minute when Bader Al-Mutawaa scored from the penalty spot.

Kazma's Bandar Burisli restored his team's lead in the 85th minute. When everyone thought that Kazma had won the match, the referee awarded Qadisiya another free kick which was also taken by Bader Al-Mutawaa. The extra time also ended in a draw and the teams went for the penalty shootout.

In the second match, Kuwait Club joined Kazma in the semi-final by overcoming a goal deficit and ended the match 4-2 in their favor. Salmiya's Patrick Fabiano scored first in the 16th minute, ending the first half (1-0). In the second half, Kuwait equalized when Faisal Zayed scored from the penalty spot in the 61st-minute.

The game continued until the 90th minute when Abdool Cisco scored. Musaed Nada's own goal in the 113th-minute handed the match to Kuwait Club and Jumaa Saeed ended the match with a goal in the 120th minute.
