KUWAIT: In collaboration with Sadu House, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched the summer program "Fun with Weaving" for the children of "Baiti" account customers. KFH organizes this program as part of its strategic partnership with Sadu House, targeting children of "Baiti" account customers from the ages of 7 to 14 years old. It is the second summer program to be held this year, as the first program, "Fun with Weaving 1", started last May and was concluded last week with an exhibition displaying all the handicrafts done by the participants during the course.

Senior Public Relations and Event Management Coordinator at KFH- Maryam Abaalkhail said that the Fun with Weaving" program extended over a week and included knitting and handicrafts workshops as well as teaching new skills in weaving by supervisors and specialists at Sadu House.

Abaalkhail added "As part of the efforts in supporting sustainability and preserving the environment, and continuing KFH's sustainability strategy, all materials used in the workshops are made of recycled materials to convey an important message to the participating children on the importance of recycling and protecting the environment."

KFH offers a "Baiti" account for children from birth until the age of 14. The account contributes to instilling the concept of saving among children, as it is an investment account that provides many privileges and helps children develop the concept of saving as a banking behavior that contributes to building their future.
