KFSD conducts fire drills at medical center, bank

KUWAIT: Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD) conducted a fire drill on Thursday at Ghanima Al-Ghanem medical center to train the center's staff members on the procedure to follow in case a fire breaks out. The drill included evacuating everybody, dealing with injuries and fighting the fire.

Another fire drill was conducted Thursday at Burgan Bank's headquarters in Sharq, said KFSD, noting that the drill included dealing with a fire on the helipad on the roof and another on the fifteenth floor with thick smoke and a person trapped. The drill also included evacuating the building, rescuing the trapped person and fighting the fire.
