KIB’s showjumping team

KUWAIT: The Kuwait International Bank (KIB) showjumping team recently earned a new impressive accolade, adding to its growing roster of achievements, with jockey Ahmad Al-Mudaheka nabbing first place in the 135cm competition at the First Champion Show Jumping Competition.

Al-Mudaheka, along with teammates Ghazi Al-Juraei Abdullah Hamadah and Ahmad Al-Ansari, compete locally and internationally under the banner of KIB's name.

This win comes as the latest in a string of achievements earned by the team, who had recently garnered a slew of prestigious accolades, both in Kuwait and abroad.

On his part, Nawaf Najia, Manager of the Corporate Communications Unit at KIB, congratulated the young equestrian on his exceptional performance and well-deserved win. He added: "We are incredibly proud to be a part of the journey of this amazing team.

These young men have proven themselves time and again to be true champions and praise-worthy sportsmen. They are a source of inspiration to us all, with their unwavering dedication and tireless commitment to their sport."

Najia further noted: "Our sponsorship of the showjumping team comes as part of our ongoing efforts to support talented youth in Kuwait across all fields, but especially in the realm of sports. It also comes in line with our multitude of initiatives geared towards supporting the local sports culture, where we are especially focused on sponsoring talented Kuwaiti athletes to enable them to participate in various local and international competitions."
