Kuwait Cabinet assigns Al-Safran as attorney general

KUWAIT: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Oil and State Minister for Cabinet Affairs Dr Mohammad Al-Fares announced Monday assigning Justice Saad Abdul-Karim Al-Safran as attorney general. "Upon the Supreme Judicial Council's approval and a presentation by the Minister of Justice, the Council of Ministers approved a decree, appointing Al-Safran as attorney general," reads a statement released by Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
