Kuwait City air quality 'unhealthy'

KUWAIT: Kuwait City ranked seventh worldwide yesterday in the global index that measures the most polluted cities and those with the worst air quality levels. Air Visual - an international air quality monitor, showed that Kuwait City scored 157 in the air quality index (AQI), and described the city's air quality as 'unhealthy.' Meanwhile, the US Embassy's air quality monitor also recorded 164 AQI for Kuwait City, which classified it 'unhealthy'. This means that "everyone may begin to experience health effect."
