KUWAIT: The Consulate general of the State of Kuwait in Shanghai, China has participated in a volunteer campaign provided by Charitable blood donation institute ‘BloodLine’ which the Kuwaiti delegation ensures to participate in its social and humanitarian activities on Saturday November 19th.

The campaign aims to support public and private services departments in shanghai. Kuwait Consul in Shanghai, China, Maha Boftain, has participated in the annual volunteer blood donation campaign by providing support and encouragement to humanitarian work as well as to take part in distributing a variety of traditional Kuwaiti desserts as week as a number of gifts for the event and blood donators of all ages.

“The participation of Kuwait represented by its consulate general in Shanghai is not something new as Kuwaitis are known for their humanitarian work as a feature that Kuwaitis specialize in as this kind of volunteer work increases social solidarity and makes sure blood is available for transfer to those in need,” Boftain said.
