KUWAIT: Kuwait on Friday condemned an explosion that targeted a military convoy in Indian part of Kashmir, leaving scores of personnel dead or wounded. A source at the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry rejected in a statement all forms of violence and terrorism, affirming the country's stand on India's side in facing such a criminal act.
