Kuwait hosts Arab sports federation executive meeting

KUWAIT: Kuwait hosted on Sunday the 56th meeting of the administrative office of the Arab Military sports federation which saw the participation of 15 countries from the Arab world. In a statement, Defense ministry said that the meeting was inaugurated with a speech by Commander of the Kuwait Navy, Rear Admiral Khaled Al-Kandari. Al-Kandari conveyed the greetings of Kuwait Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Saleh Al-Sabah, wishing the participants a pleasant stay in Kuwait. The core purpose of the meeting was outlined as, to select a new president for the federation, besides electing new members for the committee. - KUNA
