NEW DELHI: The Kuwaiti Army’s Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammad Al- Khoder held talks yesterday with Indian Minister of Defense Nirmala Sitharaman, focusing on plans to boost cooperation between both nations. Khoder, who is on a visit to the world’s second most populous country, discussed with the Indian official issues of common concern, read a statement by the Kuwaiti ministry of defense.
